Renovations in Amsterdam-Zuid and De Pijp Renovating Amsterdam-Zuid, room by room

Early twentieth-century houses in Oud-Zuid, compact flats in De Pijp, apartments with an owners' association in the Rivierenbuurt and Buitenveldert: we have renovated all of them in the last two years. One site manager, our own teams, from first visit to handover.

Every part of Zuid asks something different

In Oud-Zuid's early twentieth-century houses, premium renovation means restraint: generous ceilings, original herringbone and ornamental plaster are often worth keeping, with modern comfort hidden around them. De Pijp has compact nineteenth-century flats where every centimetre counts, so bespoke joinery and smart layouts do the heavy lifting. In apartment buildings around the Rivierenbuurt, Buitenveldert and the Zuidas, acoustics and the owners' association (VvE) decide a lot: floor build-up, sound insulation and working hours.

What clients in Zuid ask us

Yes. In the last two years we have renovated homes in Oud-Zuid, De Pijp, the Rivierenbuurt and Buitenveldert, and we work across the rest of Amsterdam and Amstelveen.

Usually the technical documentation: the floor build-up, acoustic values and working hours. We prepare it and can speak to the board directly. Most refusals come from incomplete paperwork, not from the work itself.

Yes. In Oud-Zuid's early twentieth-century houses we keep what is worth saving - herringbone floors, ornamental plaster, generous ceilings - and fit modern comfort around it.

A complete bathroom usually starts from €15,000, a bespoke kitchen from €25,000 and a whole-home renovation from roughly €1,500 per square metre. After a free visit you get a written quote.
