WOODEN

Wood-aluminium windows

Wood-aluminium windows combine the beauty and natural appeal of wood with the durability and resistance of aluminium. As a result, they meet the highest standards and expectations.

Wood-aluminium window systems from the Gemini collection combine the classic beauty of wood with modern design and the latest technical solutions. A wide range of aluminium cladding shapes and colour options allows the joinery to be matched to any architectural style – from historical to modernist. The wood-aluminium systems are available for windows with construction thicknesses of 68, 80, and 92 mm. This allows for glazing units up to 63 mm thick – providing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Gemini systems are also available in a Thermo option, which further enhances thermal comfort.

We distinguish between several types of window profiles, such as Integral, Softline, Quadrat FB, Classic, Quadrat, and Linear. The details are discussed during the consultation.

We offer a wide range of colors tailored to the type of wood.

Fittings

As a standard, our windows are equipped with Roto NT fittings. These ensure comfortable operation of the product while providing ease of use. Additionally, it is possible to enhance security by using special locking cams and anti-burglary strikers.

The following types of locking cams are available:

E locking cams
P locking cams: anti-burglary mushroom cams
V locking cams: anti-burglary mushroom cams with vertical adjustment of +/- 0.8

For solutions where design is a priority, we offer Roto NT Designo fittings, which feature concealed hinges, allowing for an uninterrupted and aesthetically pleasing window appearance.

Handle colors

Our windows are equipped with handles from the renowned company Roto. With a focus on safety and user comfort, we have selected Roto Line Secustik handles as the standard for our windows. These handles feature a hidden security mechanism that prevents the hardware from being tampered with from the outside. Additionally, they are equipped with a self-locking mechanism and a security pin.

There is also an option to choose additional security features – with a key or a push-button.

Glazin Units

In our windows, we use glazing units from GLASSOLUTIONS Saint-Gobain – a global leader in glass system production. We offer both single and double-chamber units, allowing us to select the appropriate type of glazing based on the customer’s needs – whether it's enhanced acoustic insulation, safety glass, or energy-efficient options. Our collaboration with GLASSOLUTIONS and our commitment to staying up to date with the latest innovations in glazing technology enable us to meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

Mullions

Muntins are elements that divide a windowpane into smaller sections. They are narrow strips (made of wood, aluminum, or plastic) that can be placed in different ways:

– On the outside of the glass – as decorative strips applied to the surface of the glass on the inside and/or outside (so-called applied muntins).
– Inside the glazing unit – placed between the panes of glass (so-called internal muntins), which makes cleaning easier.
– Structural – an integral part of the window frame, physically dividing the glass into smaller parts.

Muntins are primarily used for aesthetic reasons – they add a classic, rustic, or elegant look to the windows – but in larger windows, they can also serve a structural purpose.
